The Maroochydore Market place has outperformed other Sunshine Coast suburbs in the first 1/4 of 2008. Houses have risen by 14.7% whilst Units have shifted 10.8% (Source RP Data). The median house price has risen quickly from the mid $400,000 to close to $500,000 in recent months. Additionally rental demand has not weakened as supply is at critical levels.
