Rainbow Beach Real Estate - Rainbow Beach QLD is about 40klms north along the beach from Noosa / Tewantin. One of the most popular ways to get to Rainbow is to take to beach in a 4wd vehicle or a motorcycle. The long scenic stretch of beach is popular with campers and day  trippers. Buderim is more expensive but you can still find properties in the $300,000 range if you take the time to search around. Mooloolaba offers a lot of holiday units and luxury accomadation and great access to the beaches and cafe scene. Noosa to the north of the Sunshine Coast is one of the most popular tourist destinations in Australia and has amazing beaches and cafes, you will also find multi million dollar homes as good as anywhere in Australia. On the southern end of the coast you will find Caloundra  an area very popular with weekenders from Brisbane.
